This roundtable promises not only inspiring discussions on how the Rewards cycle 2023-24 will be developing, but reflections and ideas on the future of our profession, and also the opportunity to network with our circle of experts and other like-minded individuals from the European WorldatWork network.


Each one of the speakers will share his / her hands-on experiences for 10’ on how they have been developing the Rewards cycles in their respective companies, and what they are seeing for 2023-24 and beyond. Then we will have a very alive joint conversation, and an open Q&A slot for the audience.

The Global WorldatWork Forum Continental Europe / DACH / Switzerland 


This is our local WorldatWork networking group, complementary to global WatW membership, for Rewards and Mobility practitioners related to WorldatWork in Continental Europe / DACH region / Switzerland.

  
It gives access to local/regional peer networking and Q&A, great local formal and informal events and exclusive Newsletter, and is open to WatW participant/practitioner contributions, presentations and event hosting.


Belonging into this peer group is for free, save for some exceptional event such as lunches, dinners, etc. - but affiliation is under invitation.  This is tendered to 1) any attendees to Zereon Associates's WatW courses or global affiliations, and 2) to other Reward/Mobility/HR professionals of specific interest to the existing community, on a very selective case-by-case basis.


In 2023, we are having / have had some four events, presential and online: virtual coffee for best practice and idea sharing, afterwork drinks in a pleasant wine bar in the city of Zurich, a lunch/dinner with a guest speaker, etc.  Specific dates and details are shared with the participants.

Upcoming Annual May 2024 WorldatWork Conference and Exhibition



The Annual WorldatWork Conference is, simply put, the largest Total Rewards and only truly global event in the world, with literally dozens of workshops, activities, debates and presentations from US, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Latam and APAC countries.
